Get into the Halloween spirit with a little clay, a little creativity, and a lot of fun! In this hands-on workshop. You’ll shape your very own hollow pumpkin using traditional pinching/coiling techniques, then transform it into a one-of-a-kind ceramic jack-o’-lantern. Carve a playful, happy, creepy, or classic face into your pumpkin and make it your own with decorative details and colorful clay.
Once your jack-o’-lantern is finished, it will be carefully dried, fired, and finished with a clear glaze to bring out all those colorful details. Your completed jack-o’-lantern will be ready for pickup approximately 4–5 weeks after the workshop. Fill it with a light, candy, or whatever your spooky heart desires. This Jack-o’-lantern will make a fun and festive addition to your home for years to come.
No pottery experience is needed—just bring your imagination! All materials are included. This workshop is recommended for ages 16 and up.
